At Transformative Renewal LLC, we believe that change is not only possible but can be deep, meaningful, and lasting. Our life coaching services are designed to help individuals navigate transitions, overcome challenges, and create positive outcomes in their personal and professional lives.

Cathy, the founder of Transformative Renewal LLC, brings a unique blend of professional and personal experience to her coaching. She holds three bachelor’s degrees—Business Management, Accounting, and Nursing—and spent 18 years as an accountant before transitioning into healthcare.
Since 2010, Cathy has worked as a registered nurse in hospitals, clinics, and surgery centers, gaining over 15 years of experience in emergency, critical care, and patient-centered services.

Her own life journey has been marked by resilience and transformation—raising two children as a single mother while transitioning to a new career in nursing, navigating financial struggles, supporting a child through a traumatic event, and coping with sudden losses of loved ones. These experiences shaped her deep empathy, listening skills, and ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their goals.

Now, as a life coach and entrepreneur, Cathy integrates her medical knowledge, business background, and personal growth journey to empower others. She specializes in helping people who are facing change—or who are ready to create change—in their lives.
